Influenza or H1N1 virus is thought to spread mainly person-to-person through coughing or sneezing of infected people. There are simple things that you can do to avoid the H1N1 virus swine flu everyday. The Swine Flu strain A/H1N1 Virus appears to be spread in the same way as the seasonal flu virus is spread.
HOW TO AVOID H1N1 VIRUS????

1.Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it. The H1N1 flu virus swine flu is easily spread through germs
2.People in contact with many other people should be cautious spreading and receiving germs. You can catch the swine flu if you're within about six feet of a sick person

3.Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth and your face in general. Germs spread that way. Stay home if you get sick. CDC recommends that you stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them with the H1N1 virus. Although, your contact with the public is no different from contact from your family. Small amounts of the virus can survive on inanimate surfaces like door handles
